The BKO Foundation, Incorporated executes and implements educational and scholarship programs for the purpose of improving or developing capabilities of students to attend college. Further, the Foundation shall implement programs that provide instruction to the public on subjects useful to the community and other programs and activities that benefit the Wichita, Kansas, community, and other service areas.
